Cosmopolitan USA is published monthly in the USA by Hearst Publishing. Kate White is the current Editor in Chief. More of a lifestyles magazine, their focus on fashion is low. Cosmopolitan first published in 1886 and began using photography on covers regularly in the 50's. Cosmo's focus has changed three times since it's inception. Her revamping is also responsible for the world-wide expansion of Cosmopolitan. It is now considered a joke and is routinely insulted as man-pleasing fluff. With the exception of historical gaps, this section will no longer be updated after 2009.International Sample Preview |
